Okay, wow, I'm weeks behind on posting these photos, but here we go.

After playing schedule tag for several weeks, the Brooks and I were finally able to meet at a hiking trail in Grayton Beach State Park for their family portrait session. This beautiful family of four were such troopers to hike 3/4 of a mile in the crazy Florida humidity. I think we collectively drank almost a gallon of water in about an hour.

But despite the heat and sweat, we had a great time creating and capturing some memories. Although little sister prefers a more soulful thousand-yard stare to a big smile, big sister did a great job of both posing and being natural. She even took both Mom and Dad on separate little walk-about adventures down the trail, which led to some of my favorite shots. We were also able to steal a few moments without the girls for a quick couple session with just Mom and Dad--gotta keep that romance alive!

Overall a great afternoon, in some great scenery and some great family portraits to show for it!
